Our Future Story
Aspocrete's founders are civil engineers who started in architecture and construction, not in a factory. Their first venture, Apple Architects and Construction, was founded in 2015 — giving them a first-hand, site-level understanding of what builders actually need from the materials they specify.
That experience was incorporated as Aspirea Buildtec LLP in 2020, and in 2021 the team began marketing tile adhesive and waterproofing products — moving from specifying construction chemicals on-site to manufacturing and supplying them directly.
In 2024, that momentum led to a new venture, Aspirea Infra Chemicals LLP, and the founding of Aspocrete by a group of civil engineers. In 2026, Aspocrete entered the Karnataka market with its tile & stone fixing, waterproofing and walling solutions — built on the same site-level understanding the founders started with in 2015.
