Water ingress is one of the most common causes of structural deterioration and finish failure in Indian construction, from hairline roof cracks to damp bathroom walls.
Different areas of a building call for different waterproofing approaches — elastomeric membranes for exposed roofs and terraces, cementitious coatings for wet areas like bathrooms and kitchens, and breathable coatings for exterior walls exposed to rain and rising damp.
Getting substrate preparation, coat thickness, and cure time right matters as much as the product itself — a well-specified waterproofing system is only as good as its application.
